The Regional Consultation Program (RCP) is an add-on to Early Intervention, providing additional services for children who are medically complex or have multiple disabilities. If your child sees three or more doctors they may be a candidate for the RCP.

Access to resources and referrals
The RCP also offers services to support community inclusion, especially in childcare and preschool settings, for children 3 to 5 years old. To enhance inclusion, the RCP provides child specific consultation along with access to resources and referrals.
The Regional Consultation Program is jointly funded by the Departments of Public Health and Early Education and Care. The PCCD Northeast Regional Consultation Program serves 52 cities and towns in the Northeast Region of Massachusetts.
