Interstate 495 to Route 114W Lawrence Exit #42B. Follow 114 West until you see the Packard Building on the right, at the corner of Parker & Bailey streets. The office is located on the lower level of the Packard Building. If you cross the river on 114, you've gone too far.

Interstate 93 North to Dascomb Road
Exit #42. Turn left under 93 and take the first right at light onto Frontage Road. Travel past the entrance to 93 South and take the 3rd driveway on the right. PCCD is at the corner of Frontage Road and Osgood Street (set back)
